My Favorite Songs of 2022

For the second year in a row, I will be ranking my top 50 songs of the year.  It was a truly incredible year for music, which is what made it that much harder for me to rank both my favorite songs and albums of the year. I literally just finished the “Favorite Albums of 2022” article a couple minutes ago… so my brain is slightly fried. But we are to list my favorite songs of the year. So… let’s get into it.

Once again, I couldn’t figure out a way to make it “50-1” so here’s the very anti-climatic list for my songs of the year. Some songs that just missed the cut were “Slip” by SoFaygo ft. Don Toliver, “Chose” by YoungBoy Never Broke Again and “Out thë Way” by Yeat. A year ago today, I dropped both “songs of the year” and “album of the year” article. I’m in a very different place then I was a year ago, but the goal hasn’t changed one bit. Whether I make money off of this or not, I’m enjoying every second of it.
